After shampooing, gently blot your hair with a towel — do not rub or twist it.
It is important to remove excess moisture with a towel:
if the hair is too wet, the conditioner becomes diluted with water and works less effectively.
Do not wring your hair by twisting it into a rope — this can damage the lengths and make the hair more prone to breakage. Apply to the lengths and ends, keeping 3–5 cm away from the roots. Leave on for 3–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
